What is Business Coaching?
Simply put – business coaching is having partner to guide you with all things business. But it is also more than that. As your business coach, I become your accountability partner, your cheerleader, and your second sober thought. I amplify your strengths, keep you true to your values, support your growth, and show you the opportunity you have to build your dream practice. And if need be, I can kick you in the [glutes] to get out and do what you love!
How Do I Know if Business Coaching Is Right for Me?
Not everyone needs a business coach. Business coaching is here for those needing support, accountability, or a listening ear. If you are needing to change, wanting some input, or floundering with your direction, let’s sit and grab a coffee. I offer free 30-minute consultations so we can sit and talk shop. Together we can discuss whether or not business coaching is right for them.
Do You Only Work with Rmts who own a business?
I think all RMTs, whether you have an established clinic or are a new grad, whether you are thinking of venturing out on your own or are quite comfortable where you are, can benefit from a coach. Good business management translates to many parts of our practice. I also offer career mentoring which shifts our focus from the business side to how to find a workplace that compliments your values and I can help you shape your career into a fulfilling practice.
Are your services offered virtually?
Yes. As much as I would love to meet all my coachees in person, this is not what our new normal looks like anymore. All my services, yes even the consultation, can be accessed virtually. Since I am not travelling for these sessions, they may also be more cost effective for some. Virtual sessions are handled over Zoom.
